Ships the in-guest PID1 agent (Linux-only binary) that boots inside a VZLinuxBootLoader VM to run OCI Linux containers on Apple Silicon, plus the cross-platform virtio-vsock wire protocol module that the host (zlayer-agent) imports to talk to it — so the same encoder/decoder builds on macOS and Linux.
